Lessons From A Duck on the 2008 Bailout

The government and President George Bush have been preaching to us that the bailout plan was the right thing to do in order to save us from an even worse economic situation.

So then why are we still hurting financially.

Well, first, the banks have the money, but they are scared to loan it to anyone. And it will be that way for quite awhile. They have their "play money", which they know is basically worthless, but they know they have to be careful about who gets this infusion of "play money", because they have to be good loans that can be paid back.

Hmmm, I think this may take awhile. Especially since the whole problem began with the banks approving loans that people could not afford to pay back.

Now it's time for a lesson in "play money" from those cute little Ducktales characters.

We can learn a lot from these cute little Ducktales, but you can learn more about how it will affect your family by reading about a play money auction held at a child's birthday party, which clearly shows that those that will be hurt the most, of course, will be those who do not receive the new money.
