DeAnna Pappas  chose "the one I can't live without". And in this case it turned out to be Jesse.

You have to give it to ABC and their editing department, because I never saw this one coming, and neither did anyone else.

   


DeAnna came to find stability, a family man and true love. She wanted to feel safe again. And Jason could have provided that for her.

Instead she realized that she wanted fun, excitement and to fall in love with her best friend.

Jesse is a professional snowboarder who lived his life on the edge, and now he intends to share that lifestyle with his new soulmate.

And, while we always knew he was a joker and the adventurous type, he also has a very romantic side.

As Jesse and DeAnna prepared for the reunion show, he prepared a romantic dinner with candles all around especially for his true love. When DeAnna asked why, he said he was scared she would second guess herself, and change her mind. (insert oohs and awwws)

They say true love slips up on you when you aren't looking for it, and in this case we know that to be true.

DeAnna kept Jesse and his crazy jacket and pink shoestrings because he was fun to be around. She never realized that this was "it" for her.

Jesse captured her heart and became her soulmate by first becoming her friend and steadfast companion.
